Refund Policy

Refund eligibility
- Unused topped-up balance:Refundable in full within 30 days, less payment processor fees.
- Subscription plans:Refunded pro-rata on unused days (e.g. used 3 of 30 days = 27/30 refunded).
- Consumed tokens:Not refundable (already paid through to upstream provider).
How to request a refund
- Email billing@sealink.asia with subject 'Refund Request'.
- Include in the body: account email, refund amount, reason (optional but helps us improve).
- We'll confirm receipt within 2 business days. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.
- Refunds are returned to your original payment method (card / local wallet). If the original method is unavailable, we process via bank transfer.
Disputes
Email billing@sealink.asia within 14 days; we'll review item by item.
This policy applies to the current Stripe Checkout, balance top-up, and usage billing flow. This page does not replace the Terms of Service.
