Terms of Service

Terms scope: The clauses below apply to SeaLink accounts, API keys, usage, balance, billing, upstream routing, and model calls.

1. Service

SeaLink is an AI API service operated by SeaLink Pte. Ltd. in Singapore; company registration details are published on /trust as they are issued.

2. Account

You are responsible for safeguarding your API key and login credentials. Any usage made through your key is billed to your account.

3. Acceptable use

You shall not use SeaLink for activities that violate applicable law, including unlawful content generation, spam, unauthorized data scraping, or circumvention of upstream provider terms.

4. Pricing & billing

Service is billed per published pricing (/pricing). SeaLink charges a 4% platform fee on top of provider rates.

5. Refund

Unused topped-up balance is refundable in full within 30 days. Subscriptions are refunded pro-rata on unused days. Consumed tokens are not refundable. See Refund Policy for full terms.

6. Liability

SeaLink is not liable for upstream provider service changes, price adjustments, or policy updates beyond pro-rata refund. Maximum liability is capped at fees paid in the most recent three months.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Disputes are submitted to the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC).
